One idea that I really liked was reusing the containers for storing snacks on the go. You can make a new label for the container and store snacks in the car for those grumpy Gus’ we tote around.
Another idea I liked was reusing the container for a planter. You can make it a day project with the kids and paint the outside of the containers to make them pretty. You would be getting your kids excited about growing and recycling. Just make sure you poke holes in the bottom of the container so the water can drain.
Organizationally, I never thought of using a yogurt container to sort out the odds and ends in my desk drawer, but that’s what you can use the smaller yogurt containers for, and they fit neatly inside most drawers.
