The Price You Pay by Not Prepping. You live your life by protecting your home and life with insurance but when the SHTF can you pay the price by not prepping?
You have car insurance. If you own a home, you have house insurance. There is medical insurance and don’t forget life insurance! These things are in place to help you when something in your world messes up in a big way. They provide you with some security, knowing you are covered (at least some) should something go wrong or there is an injury or accident. Imagine what the price tag you pay by not prepping and having those systems in place?
What about FOOD insurance? Do you only have enough to get through the next few days, a week at most? Imagine what would happen to your family if suddenly, you can’t go shopping because you don’t have cash. ATMs are down and credit card machines aren’t working. How about when the water stops flowing?
These are very real possibilities. It doesn’t matter what caused it, only that you are prepared. People who endured Katrina and Sandy didn’t think something like that could happen to them, either. They were wrong.
